sgSoil is Sforzo Group's agricultural division — managing 60 hectares in Solwezi with a long-term vision for integrated agribusiness across crop farming, raw produce supply, poultry, and processed goods.
Enquire NowsgSoil operates across 60 hectares in Solwezi, Northwestern Province — one of Zambia's most agriculturally productive regions. Our vision is a fully integrated agribusiness: from seed to supply, from field to institution.
We have already demonstrated the viability of our model. In our early operations, sgSoil successfully cultivated and supplied corn and beans to institutional clients across Northwestern Province — validating both the quality of our produce and the reliability of our supply chain.
We are now preparing for our next phase: a structured relaunch that will see us significantly expand our cultivated area and introduce poultry operations as a complementary revenue stream.
The long-term vision for sgSoil is integration across the full agricultural value chain. We do not intend simply to farm — we intend to supply, process, and distribute, capturing value at each stage of the chain.
This means crop farming at scale, a robust raw produce supply business serving institutional buyers, poultry operations to diversify income, and ultimately the capability to supply processed and packaged produce to larger commercial markets.
Northwestern Province is strategically positioned for this vision. Its soil quality, water access, and proximity to institutional demand create the conditions for sgSoil to become a meaningful contributor to regional food security — and a commercially strong operation for the group.
